Enquiry/
Booking of a tour
For any kind of enquiry or booking of a tour, we
request you to provide some information (like name, email and shipping
address etc.) positively, by filling in a form on the WEBSITE. This
information is used to contact you about the services on our WEBSITE for
which you have expressed interest and also for processing an order. At the
same time we would like to assure you that we take every precaution to
protect your information both online & offline.
To provide certain amount of information, while filling a form is
optional. However we encourage, so we can provide a more personalized
services.
Product
& Prices
Eternal Glories reserves all rights to
modify/rename the products mentioned in the WEBSITE (resulting in change of
price of the product) and/or increase/decrease price of an existing product
(due to change in the cost of land arrangements, accommodation, flights etc)
without prior notice. These changes (if any) will be effective immediately
upon uploading of the same onto the WEBSITE.
However in case of our guests, who have already booked a product/services,
cost, as advised at the time of booking of this product/services, will
remain unaffected except in case of major change in the cost of land
arrangements, accommodation, flights etc., which cannot be absorbed by us.
We will inform such unavoidable changes (if any) to our guests with proper
justification & the guests will have to pay the supplement accordingly.
