according to your invaluable suggestions & requirements. You can book these

If however you feel that these tours need to be fine-tuned to coincide with your
flight schedule, and if you need to add or reduce a night in any city, we request
you to please send us your request and our travel consultants will get back to
you shortly with necessary changes and the amended tour cost. |

do not want to stay in the suggested hotels, mentioned in the proposed tours.
What should I do?
Absolutely no problem! We will be pleased to suggest
you many options (for each city) with all the details & revised cost, enabling
you to choose the one which best suits your requirements.
However,
in our proposed tours we have tried our best to include variety of hotels to offer
you different tastes. For example, we have included in our tours Palaces of Maharajas
& Old Havelis (Mansions), where a guest finds the luxuries only a Maharaja
(King) could boast of. According to the demand of the itinerary Jungle Resorts,
Dak Bungalows, Guest Houses in natural surroundings, Tenting accommodations etc.
have also been included to give you the real taste of that particular place. Needless
to mention about modern hotels, which are certainly a part of these tours. The
selection of these hotels is solely based on facilities and comfort, quality of
service and the character of the property. |

can I book a tour for someone else? Can I also gift a holiday to my near &
dear ones?
It
is the same procedure as you book holiday for yourself. The only difference is
that you have to simply type the name of the person, for whom you are making reservation,
in your/passenger's name column of our
Reservations
section. Your own profile information (e.g. name, address, phone number, etc.)
will be used for all the communications with you related to the booked tour. However,
you may type over the appropriate fields and replace them with the actual traveler's
information. (In this case all the related communication will be made with the
actual traveler).
In
the same manner you can gift a holiday to you near & dear ones. For this purpose
we request you to write your true feelings towards the person, whom you are going
to gift a holiday, in special message column of
Gift
a holiday section. After, all the arrangements of the tour are
finalized, we will send you a gift voucher along with your special message
for the person close to your heart, at your address. We promise you to keep a
strict secrecy till you gift it to your dear one.
We
will provide the services to your dear one against the above mentioned Gift voucher. |

I
want to travel with a group. Do you organize group tours?
Yes, some of
our regular tour itineraries (please see our
Tours
section) are very popular, for which we organize group tours as well. These group
tours depart on particular dates of every month. As we do not believe in big groups,
the maximum strength of the group is limited to 10 passengers only, which in turn
gives you a an golden opportunity to know other members of the group in a better
manner.
As
tour proceeds, every member of the group feels that they are an integral part
of a lovely family. In other words we can say that every member of the group comes
to India as an individual, but goes back with a family.
One
can book a group tour from our
Reservations
section, specifying the tour name with departure date along with rest of the general
entries (e.g. Name, Address etc.). |

What
are my rooming options if I travel alone?
Normally tour prices are based on double or twin occupancy. If you are traveling
alone and opt for a group tour, we will try to find a suitable group member
who could share the room with you. Sharing a room with a partner will definitely
cut short the cost of the accommodation. However, we will do this only if you
are interested for the same. If there is no group member with whom you can share
a room, you will be given a room (single occupancy), for which you will have to
pay a supplement. |

Can I book just these?

I book a holiday package that specifies meals, how many do I get?
Good question!
Please check the meal plan, your package includes. There are four types of
meal plans as mentioned below -
EP (European Plan): No meals are included
in tour package (Room only basis)
CP (Continental Plan): Breakfast +
Room basis.
MAP (Modified American Plan): Breakfast + One meal (either
lunch or dinner) + Room basis.
AP (American Plan): Full board (breakfast
+ lunch + dinner) + Room basis |

Can
you book International Air tickets for me?
We suggest that you should book
your international air tickets directly from the airlines office or thru some
travel agent in your country.
We
can also book your international air tickets from India as well, however the same
would cost much more than the cost of the tickets, if booked in your country.
Except your international air tickets from your country to India & back, we
will be highly pleased to offer you all kinds of travel arrangements like
domestic flights, train tickets, hotels, transfers & tours and all other
travel related services in India, Nepal & Bhutan. |

Do
I require giving you my passport details for any kind of bookings?
Yes, We do require your passport details positively in the following
cases -
Train bookings: We require mainly name & date of birth
for the booking of a train ticket.
Discounted Air tickets: To book
Youth/Child or Infant fare air-tickets.
Restricted Area Permit:
In India some areas are restricted for the entry of foreign nationals. It is a
must to take a prior permission from Government of India to visit these restricted
areas. To obtain these permits we require photocopy of your passport along with
three colour photographs.
Wildlife
Parks: If you are interested to do the game drives by exclusive Jeeps. In
some of the national parks (specially in Ranthambore National Park), only a limited
number of Jeeps/Gypsies per day are allowed inside the park. These Jeeps are to
be booked 60 days in advance against the passport details of the clients and full
non-refundable deposit for the jeeps, (prices & routes are fixed by the
park authorities).
For
rest of the clients, game drives are provided by open-air 18-seater canters only. |
