Who
will receive me upon my arrival in India & how will I recognize him? One
of our representatives will report in time at the international airport to receive
you. He will wait for you in the arrival lounge of the airport, holding high Eternal
Glories Signboard in his hands. Please read your name on the signboard and
confirm the same with the representative, holding the signboard. From airport
you will be directly driven to the hotel of your stay.
If
you are unable to locate our representative, please do not panic and wait for
him for a while in the arrival lounge only. He will definitely be somewhere in
the arrival lounge looking for you. In case, he still does not turn up, please
call our office on the numbers already provided to you, enabling us to locate
him thru his mobile number or make an alternative arrangement for your arrival
transfer.
The
procedure is same for every arrival transfer, even if you fly within India, Nepal
or Bhutan. |

When
& where will I receive my Travel Documents (Hotel/Service vouchers, Train/Air
tickets etc.)? Our representative will deliver your travel documents to
you upon your arrival in India at the time of your convenience. While handing
over these documents to you, he will explain each of its contents in detail, enabling
you to understand the minutes related to your tour.
We
request you to handle your travel documents with utmost care, as these include
cash value documents (e.g. Hotel/Service vouchers, Train/Air tickets etc.). |

Who
will inform/brief us about the programs with respective pickup timings at any
destination? Our representative will give a brief description of all the
programs included in the trip at the time of handing over your documents upon
your arrival in India. At the same time you will be provided Pick-up time slips
for every destination included in your tour, copies of which we forward to our
local offices well in advance to follow the timings exactly. However, we request
you crosscheck these timings with our local representative, who will constantly
remain in touch with you during your stay at that destination.
In
case, you want to change the pickup time of any program because of any reason,
please discuss the same with our local representative, enabling him to make the
arrangements accordingly. |

Where
the guide will meet us for the sightseeing tour? The
car & the guide will report at the hotel (where you stay) well before the
pickup time (already advised to you by your local representative) for the sightseeing
tour. For an en-route program, guide will report directly at the monument well
before the time suggested by us for the sightseeing tour.
(We
instruct our drivers & guides well in advance about the pickup timings &
the meeting place for the sightseeing etc.) |

I
cannot understand English language very well. Would you provide a language-speaking
guide everywhere for the sightseeing tours? Language speaking guides
(e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese etc.) are available in most of
the well renowned tourist destinations. However in some small tourist destinations
(for example Mandawa, Orchha
) one can find only English speaking guides.
Hence,
we will provide you language-speaking guides only at the tourist destinations,
where they are available. Otherwise you will be provided with an English-speaking
guide for the sightseeing tours.
However you can also opt for a language-speaking
Escort cum Guide (of course at an extra expense), who will accompany you for the
entire tour. |

How
much tips to be given to the waiters, porters, drivers, representatives and the
guides? Tips are solely dependent on the quality of services provided.
We suggest you to give a small amount of money for each service, to insure prompt
and reliable services.
In
tourist restaurants or hotels a 10% service charge is often added to bills, in
which case there is no need to tip a waiter. In smaller places, where tipping
is optional, you need only tip a few rupees to a waiter, not a percentage of your
bill.
For
guides and representatives it depends on how informative, knowledgeable, resourceful
and helpful they are. |

How
my return International tickets will be reconfirmed & who will do it? We
reconfirm international as well as domestic air tickets (along with special meal
& seating requests) at no extra cost for the guests booked to travel with
us. As a courtesy we also extend this service to other travelers, if any assistance
is required. |

What
should I do in case any problem arises during the tour? "Your problem
is always our problem". Please follow the steps appended below, if you
face any kind of problem during the tour: |

In case of any problem, please inform the same to our driver on an immediate basis,
who in turn will contact us for the eradication/solution of the same. |

At the same time, we also request you to please inform the problem to our local
representative, who will always be in touch with you for an immediate help. For
this purpose we will give you address list (along with the contact numbers) of
our branch/associate offices along with your travel documents. |

If,
even after following the above two steps, problem still persists, you can contact
us directly round the clock on our emergency numbers. You can also send us an
"Emergency Fax" for an immediate action. |
